Typically, we will drop off the items that you rented to your venue or event location the day before or day of your event. Arrangments can be adjusted depending on customer request and Cay Co. availabilty.
Upon agreement of rentals, a contract and invoice will be sent to you. There is a 25% deposit requirement and the rest of the balance is due one week prior to the event date.
Items listed with ** have the option to be personalized with vinyl. Personilization pricing varies depending on the size of the item. If an item is listed with two prices, it can be rented as is (for the original amount) or with personalization (for the aditional amount listed). Please message us if you have a specific question about personilization and pricing for any item.
We try to keep our pricing reasonable. The pricing listed on our website is the price we will charge.
We accept cash, checks, card payments, Venmo, and Paypal.
We charge federal mileage fee of .70 cents per mile, there and back to the event location. Delivery fees are based on size of order, crew needed and distance to the location. We will provide a quote once the details are determined.
